I speak at a range of conferences, both in-person and virtual, live or pre-recorded. This might be for a school, organisation, or a public conference.

CPD
I love working with organisations to help them with their Professional Development. This is totally bespoke to the needs to the organisation.
I have delivered CPD for specific groups such as middle or senior leaders, or for other courses such as NPQs or bespoke courses for schools, trusts, or other organisation outside of education.
Ongoing work with teams
The most impactful work is ongoing time with teams and leaders. This allows us to create aims, put plans in place, debrief and review, and then continue improving the provision.
I often work with teams in workshop-style sessions, applying theory and research to the realities of their ongoing work.

Coaching:
I am an accredited coach and have a lot of experience coaching people both in and out of education. I use a mainly non-directive style, but am happy to adapt to the coachee, in order to help unlock meaningful thinking and evaluation for the person being coached. Being coached, and learning to coach, has been a wonderful gift in my career and I really enjoy coaching colleagues!
